We had been using a different dme company for the last 10 yrs. We have lots of overages and rarely received our full order and never on time. My daughter has been hospitalized on more than one occasion due to lack of supplies. After realizing life supply also carries ostomy products, we switched to them. I had been with Life Supply for 13 years. I feel the service was excellent. I always got a call whenever supplies needed replacing. If there was a billing issue it was resolved quickly. The only reason I am no longer there is that my current insurance isn't accepted at Life Supply.
I Have not been with life supply in 2 years. Every month you still send me supplies. Scott you must really want me back. You keep sending out free stuff , I will think about it. J
