I highly recommend.
2025. I have seen Life Strides Physical Therapists for the last 4 months, after shoulder surgery, and I highly recommend them. These therapists are over-the-top excellent: they are attentive to your individual needs, well educated in PT rehabilitation, and compassionate, caring people. I have had great results. I was given complete personal attention by everyone who worked on my right shoulder issues. I had better movement and flexibility over the course of 18 sessions. Unfortunately I seem to have uncovered a pinched nerve situation and have to stop and re-evaluate what's going on . We worked on the pinched nerve and got back to the shoulder issues. I have the tools to continue some exercises at home to relieve my pain.
