I had a phenomenal time and Monty and the staff were professional and understanding. They were so friendly and I am looking forward to going back when my surgery is over.

I initially sought Physical Therapy after losing my balance and falling. My training involved increasing strength and balance. Lifestride's staff were always pleasant and professional. They challenged me to try new and more difficult tasks I wasn't sure I could do. Assessments were taken regularly during my three months of PT.
