Nice people, very friendly. Work one on one with you. They help ease what's going on and not make the situation worse. Went twice so far. Both times have been great!

LifeStrides is the best. I’m amazed at how well my shoulder is after rotator cuff surgery. They are so encouraging and knowledgeable. Everyone there made me feel important.
