I used “Life Strategies Counseling Inc.” for an extended period of time. I started seeing their counselor in Jonesboro. I experienced rotating counselors so I moved to the Marion office when it opened because it was closer. The new office started off with its share of hiccups but has since turned into a circus side show. The new lead counselor in Marion actually ignored my texts and voicemails for THREE weeks. I have done everything I could to do in my power to get services here but I still am desperately searching for a therapist. After having my doctor fax them yet another PCP referral they still won't see me because of a panic attack I had on the phone with them. I have complex PTSD among other problems and on no medication because I can't find help. I have had a total of 350 suicide attempts along the years. If you have problems like I do, I would avoid this place

My son was seeing a therapist but that person decided to pursue a different job. They never referred my son to another therapist. He didn't get the service he needed. Smh
