Amazing experience staff was always very polite. The nurses were very patient with me and my toddler who’s very rambunctious during each appointment. Dr DeSantos cared for and delivered my baby boy recently and honestly best care I could have received for my 2nd pregnancy. I would definitely recommend.
The entire office staff is completely incompetent. They don't even correctly know how to verify insurance so they overcharge you and then refuse to call you back about the money that they owe you. When you finally threaten to get a lawyer they will call you back and make false promises about when you can get your money back. When they finally get your money, they tell you if they mail it to you and it's lost they'll CHARGE YOU a $25 check replacement fee. Everyone here has been great to me. Reception is always polite and helpful when I have questions or concerns; always willing to work with me when needed. Dr. De Santos and her nursing staff are amazing as well! They're sure to fully address all my questions and concerns, and everything (even spur the moment ultrasounds) is done in a quick and professional manner. They make you feel at home and that you're in good hands. Glad I found them for baby #2!
Dr. Brandl has done an amazing job with my past two pregnancies and with baby #3 on his way things haven't changed. She is always in a great mood provides great advice and medical care. I remember when I had baby #2 the medical staff from the hospital scared me and said my babies heart rate dropped and I was going to have to have a c-section, but when Dr.Brandl arrived she said don't worry you don't need a c-section we are gong to deliver this baby right now!
