“Absolutely amazing experience! My husband and I coming there since the spa was open . The massage are deeply relaxing, perfectly tailored to my needs, and left me feeling completely refreshed. Wow what a pleasant surprise! My first time here and excellent customer service with Jade, fabulous eyebrow wax with Jessica and we got to use spa amenities and gym. Definitely will be returning. 10/10 recommend.
Exceptional customer service. I went here while visiting Miami for a conference because I pulled a muscle in my neck. I completely misjudged how long it would take for me to get to this facility, and once I got there, things just got worse when I realized there was a parking garage that I had to go into. I ended up being almost 15 minutes late for a 30 minute massage. I only ended up going in still to pay for my service so that the massage therapist wouldn't have wasted their time. Beware of overcharging in hair salon. I took my 2 kids for haircuts. Booked appointments which were $45 for kids under 12 which on the app says includes wash, cut and blowdry. My 10yo daughter got a cut and blowdry but 11yo son just a cut. When I went to pay, instead of $90, was told my total was $170!! Was told that I had to pay $80 extra for my daughter’s blowdry because her appointment took 10 mins extra. No manager available but was told I’d hear from one that week.
