Excellence – Had my hair dyed, cut and styled. I was impressed by the lack of a culing iron to get a great & easy to do look. After purchasing a new hair brush and a little trial and error I managed to mimick the professional do. Dinner party last night with 7 people, 5 being women and I had the best hair do. That is rare for me! Way to go Lori, keep up the good work!
So Relaxing – No snops here. Staff works for themself so they really enjoy pampering you. Price was worth the service ( I would of paid more Shh!) a great massage was given it made me almost fall asleep. My skin looked great for weeks afterwards. WOW! I will be back and refer all my friends and family.
Swim at your own risk – I have never been to this athletic club before. However after one of our Army National Guard LT's drowned in the adult lap pool while training for the Navy Seal Swim Test, I would not recommend using the pool at this facility. It was mentioned that there were 5 other people nearby, but nobody knew how long he had been out before being pulled from the water. It would seem that he would have been just as safe swimming at a public lake as he was swimming in the pool at this athletic club. And he wouldnt ... read more

Lots of great classes! – The instructors are great and there are so many classes at various times of the day. The yoga class instructed by Carmen is the best!
