The service at Life Source is fantastic! The lady in the office (Bridgette) is always very helpful. They text me the day before delivery to remind me to put out the bottles. Delivery is always spot on as well. I would recommend them to anyone needing a water service.
Life Source Water provides hands down the best customer service you could ask for! We’ve been customers for over two years and any time we have reached out with a question or conflict with delivery time, they have offered a solution in a cheerful way. Recently, we had a hospitalization in the family and couldn’t be home to put our empty bottles out. They took care of us. My fire dept was there for a fire alarm. Once we got his alarm straightened out, the owner showed around his business and explained the water purification process. Even gave me pointers on my home water softener system. They sell bottled water and 5 gal jugs.
This has been one of the best experiences I’ve had starting a water delivery service! Bridget was so sweet and very helpful! It feels nice to call a company and actually be able to speak to a Person
