Everyone is very friendly and warm upon first meet. You can tell anyone that works here is motivated to get what needs to be done. Good prices and good quality water
I have been with this company for awhile now and I can’t think of a bad thing to say they have been far better then any other company. Either way that being said, I have not been able to get anyone on the phone for over three weeks now. I hope everything is ok with everyone I do send prayers to Life Source Water but I’m afraid I might have to look for another company I have been holding on but I’m out of water. The service at Life Source is fantastic! The lady in the office (Bridgette) is always very helpful. They text me the day before delivery to remind me to put out the bottles. Delivery is always spot on as well. I would recommend them to anyone needing a water service.
Life Source Water provides hands down the best customer service you could ask for! We’ve been customers for over two years and any time we have reached out with a question or conflict with delivery time, they have offered a solution in a cheerful way. Recently, we had a hospitalization in the family and couldn’t be home to put our empty bottles out. They took care of us.
