The entire staff was amazing. From the moment I walked in, they were eager to assist me as I was in so much pain. Jaterica, the front desk, medical assistant got me all settled in and very quickly might I add. Honestly I was scared as to why I was having so much but the medical assistant Briarra Helped calm me down. She has the greatest bedside manner. I had an excellent experience with my recent iron infusion. Kendra, my nurse, was absolutely wonderful—attentive, kind, and very professional throughout the entire process. Dr. Williams took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel at ease, which I truly appreciated. John and Judy, the radiology techs, were both outstanding—efficient, caring, and incredibly professional. Their teamwork made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Sabrina was attentive and caring made my admission process and visit very comfortable. Dr Murr was informative on my symptoms and gave me outstanding advice on my future health care. I rate this experience 5 Stars.
