I was staying in town for the week on vacation and had a list of gyms I wanted to visit but thankfully this was the first one I went too. I didn’t go to any other gym that week. Staff and members were friendly and coaches were very knowledgeable and helped me out a lot on my Olympic lift techniques. We started and ended on time and the class flow was very easy to follow.
