Very disappointed. The moment the counsellor opened the door in his tracksuit, my husband and I knew he wasn't for us. The experience was a disaster, he was very insensitive, arrogant, sarcastic, judgemental, overall extremely unprofessional. It cost $190 and it wasn't worth it. He started the counselling session by telling us that he's a contractor, and that he's doing his 6th degree and all the things he's achieved for about 10 minutes.
