They were great in the beginning!! Super helpful. But after awhile I stopped getting calls from them. Then I needed to make an appointment to come in but I’m very forgetful due to seizures and I’ve told them. The male receptionist is very rude. He tells me there are no available times for the person I needed to see when my therapist just told me they had availability and to call and make an appointment. awful place to get services. very unorganized. lost my file. always had a different therapist every month. turnover is high

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They provide services throughout the state. The Office of Juvenile Affairs, El Reno, uses this agency as a great referral source. I highly recommend Life Recovery Services.
