Beware of this company. They took my bond, charged me for the locksmith and threatened to sue me if I took it to the media. I've lodged with NSW Fair Traders, Real Estate Institute and NCAT. Shame on you Narelle Atack and Bill Ryder. This should be a time of working together not taking from businesses.
This company will take your bond. After telling you to take your time moving out. I should sue them for misleading and deceptive conduct plus unconsciouable conduct. I had back surgery months prior, plus the world was closing down with Covid 19 business restrictions. They charged me for key locks to be changed when they had the keys.
