I can't recommend this program enough. The Life program helped me to change simple everyday things to make a lasting sustainable difference. The appointments with my Life program coach Mel really benefited me and the little surprise goodies the program sent to me are still being used, especially the cook book. I lost weight, I feel better and my cholesterol went down. It is often the simple things that make the biggest difference!!

I gained professional based knowledge around a number of different topics to help make better life style choices. And it is FREE and with a supportive environment. This program is well resourced with face to face content, reading materials and a great little business card to help understand sugar, salt and saturated fats in food products. This program has been a game changer for me. I developed healthier habits that were very easy to follow and change as needed. The information supplied and support given were always positive and helpful. I completed the program about a year and a half ago and continue to benefit from all that I learned. My weight and blood sugar level have remained within the healthy range. I'm quite certain that if I didn't do the Life Program I would be on medication for type 2 diabetes and much heavier. I highly recommend this program.
I completed this program in 2021/2022 after I came across it in an ad. I was frustrated with my lifestyle and confidence in my life choices, the team were able to instill in me some fantastic information and tips to assist me in adjusting my lifestyle to better suit the healthy balance I needed to improve my quality of life.
