Good: • GB and his team know the tax space well • When I was able to get some time with them, they had great insights Bad: • The most stressful tax submittal to date, with the team asking for signatures the evening of the submittal • Many rescheduled or delayed calls • Many unanswered emails • Several commitments made and not kept • I prepaid for the year but only used their services for six months, when I asked how we could true up the account, they were nowhere to be found I was looking for an accounting firm I could grow ... read more
