They have amazing staff , especially the coordinator Nicole who was working with us. They were very welcoming , gave us cafecitos while we waited to be attended. Best clinical research site in Miami!
It was the first time going to this research center. The staff is very polite and professional. They give you a sense of security, and explain all the different investigative studies offered, and which you may qualify for, and what best suits your diagnosis. Once, your screened they give you follow up calls, to notify you of your acceptance to the study. Then, when you need to have any different procedures, required by the sponsor there's always staff member or the owner by your side, for extra assurance.
Life medical is an excellent clinical research site. From the moment you are greeted they are so nice and friendly. They offer me cafecito while I waited. The coordinator Marisley was amazing she explained everything to us so we could understand and was excellent. Overall best clinical research site in Miami.
