So incredibly upset after my ultrasound. I think the technicians needs to be trained on bed side manner. Going for an ultrasound to see your first baby after a miscarriage is a special thing. You can choose to go anywhere but we chose here. We had previously a bad experience where the technician was abrupt and very direct with me which left me in tears leaving the appointment as I felt like my moment with my baby at 20 weeks was taken away from me. Always very friendly and efficient. Will always try and fit me in but if not they professionally handle my concerns. Never had an issue. Keep it up.

Very disappointing experience with Life Medical Imaging Umina. I had an ultrasound done and requested an online copy of my images so I could easily view them and share them with my specialist overseas (Germany). I was told this was not possible and that my doctor would need to request the images directly, which is extremely impractical given international care and time differences.
