Had a poor experience here last week. Brought my 5mth old daughter for a chest ultrasound (booked an appt but still asked to take a number). The sonographer smelled like cigarette smoke and was dismissive of my questions (perhaps didn't know the answers?), only replying each time that it was nothing to worry about. After doing the ultrasound on one side, I asked if he wanted to do the other side (having had ultrasounds before); which he replied no, 'no need'.
