The service from Bateau Bay is always amazing, especially from Dan. Today I had a Ct scan and he was very patient and definitely listened to the client.
This clinic is very congested and to busy. I was told to come to my appointment 10 min early for my xray and ultrasound and was there for over an hour, i kept getting told that it would only be a little while longer. I will never get my scans from thus place again and will go the extra 10 mins to go somewhere else.
Everyone was exceptionally nice & very professional
The receptionist were very helpful and nice The scan I went for was good and professional filing well looked after Thanks
Outstanding and friendly service by technicians and admin staff including Courtney and Kyesha. Both admin ladies are a credit to Life Medical and to themselves. Please bring my comments to their attention Thankyou Paul W.
