Dr Elana Luo has been the best GP I've ever attended.. She is very thorough and incredibly easy to talk to. I have several conditions that tend to overlap with each other and diagnosed CPTSD. She is always ready to help and has never brushed aside any concerns that I may have had. Her knowledge and experience are evident when discussing new treatments and/or diagnoses and always works very well with other Drs (specialists etc) or therapists and allied health. Since 2008, as a regular patient, I highly recommend Dr. Jimmy Chang and delightful staffs. Jimmy is the exact example of ‘being a doctor’ at professional & personal ways. Gentle, caring, considerate, warm, humble listener. When he refers to any specialists, he considers financial, emotional, physical status of the patient to find the best & fastest solution possible each time. I’ve been to many different GPs in different clinics and by far Dr. Elena is THE best. She is very kind and takes the time to make sure all our concerns are addressed and that we are heard. The whole family has been seeing Dr. Jimmy Cheng for over 15 years. He is profoundly knowledgeable, professional, caring, accomodating and supportive, giving us valuable medical advices through some very difficult situations. Melinda the dietician helped mum maintaining body weight during a critical treatment that makes a huge difference. Other staff members are also helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
