I never do googles reviews but this Dr pissed me off several times…. Dr Uzo it’s not a doctor you want to go to if you are in anyway educated in the Healthcare system and like to ask questions or if you are a woman and especially if you are an “educated woman.” As soon as you start asking questions or questioning his diagnosis he gets very passive aggressive in his tone and body language and shuts down any further time in the office and makes it clear he is the Doctor and knows better. The receptionist has to be the dumbest person answering a phone..I mentioned THREE TIMES that I didnt live in Whitecourt any more and needed a phone consultation and she kept asking if I wanted to book an appointment ....say less listen more, if thats your job
Doctors forget to call you back after you’ve had tests then make you redo them then forget again not very accommodating for appointments or making call appointments
We have been clients here for a few years and they have been increasingly difficult to deal with. Impossible to get through on the phone lines. Also they refuse to switch to a phone appointment if roads are terrible due to weather. It takes alot for us to come in for an appointment because we live 45 minutes away. A little bit of understanding and communication goes a long way
I am from Edson and have had nothing but amazing experience at this clinic. Our clinic is such a mess, which makes this place seem like royalty. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. More appointments available than my town, not much of a waiting period. The doctors have always been so kind, and listen to my concerns and requests and VALIDATE ME. Which is the most important. There is no gaslighting my symptoms. I’m very grateful for this clinic. Thank you!
