I've recently become a patient here and I'm so glad I changed. The front desk staff are exceptional and epitize excellent customer/patient care and superb efficiency. The nurses are so well trained and precise giving confidence to patients with wonderful attitude. The the doctors are awesome amazing professionals both in patient care and with top patient interaction skills whick also reinforces high patient confidence. Thanks everyone, you are all amazing.

This practice has some very good doctors, and I don't want this to affect their reputations. But I've witnessed abusive, irrational and unreasonable behaviour by the practice's founder towards patients. This seemed to be tolerated by the practice manager but it's not OK

Myself and my daughter have been attending life medical centre Waterloo since 2011. We are patients of Dr Jimmy Cheng, however, over the years we have seen other dr’s and accessed the pathology services. All of our interactions starting with the reception team have always been, respectful, attentive and very accommodating.
