I called to request an additional one-month refill of my blood pressure medication to cover me until I’m able to come in for an appointment next month, and I was told it won’t be sent to the pharmacy unless I schedule an appointment and seen first. Holding an essential medication refill like this feels unacceptable and unsafe.
Waited for two hours, couldn't see the Doctor, eventually I walked out, you would think for $150 you would get a better service?! apparently not at this clinic..
Staff was kind, doctors were helpful
