It has taken me a month or so to feel comfortable enough to write this. I would NEVER go back to Life Massage. To start off she was late for the appointment. As another reviewer has said, Sharla's conversations were long, hard to follow, and distracting from the massage. She’d often trail off one sentence then start up in the middle of a different sentence. It felt like she was having two different conversations at the same time. Sharla is a good person but I could not follow the conversation she was having during the massage. It was distracting from the enjoyment of the massage and honestly very confusing. I wish you the best of luck though!
Great massage
I have difficulties sharing this as I'm a firm believer of seeing the silver lining in a situation. However, this was a unique enough experience that I feel should be shared. I booked two appointments, one for myself and a friend, starting at 9:30 and 11 am respectively, each for 90 minutes. The lady is crazy. I googled massages near me and Life Massage popped up as being in Parkville. I booked the massage and the confirmation gave an address in Gladstone. So I cancelled but still was charged for the prepayment. I then called and spoke with Sharla the owner to explain what happened, First she accused me of trying to scam her. Then tried to tell me it was worth the drive to release energy.
