Doctor canceled appointment last minute on a Friday and I was rescheduled for 1130 on a Monday. Confirmed this on the phone before hanging up. I joined call 10 minutes prior for my appointment and received a call stating my appointment was actually at 11 when thats not what I was told. My kids had to get new health insurance and I called all the doctors in our area trying to find one that took their insurance and would accept new ADHD patients, all of them said no and told me to call life management. When I did all I was met with was nasty attitude from the patient registration person. She didn't try to help in anyway. Your customer service sucks.
