This place is the Best. They truly care about their patients. Thank you Dr Jenny and the WHOLE staff ar Life Line.
They don’t tell you when they’re closed or open. The hours and days switch. Yesterdqy was my refill date but they were closed because of Thanksgiving. I figured I could make it until the next day. I call today to get my refill and the office is closed because nobody is answering the phone. I wasn’t told they would be closed for Black Friday.. This is awful also the website doesn’t work to show the office hours today. I live 1 hr 15 mins away from the office.
Great place to go for opioid addiction friendly staff and the doctors are very understanding nice clean facility very professional and discrete business I’m saying this from my own personal experience thank you Lifeline Kandace Crook

I was a patient at lifeline for roughly a year. I have been in maintenance therapy for 10 or more I am a woman. Initially was very pleased with the program after my first appointment I was switched to another physician a gentleman and then placed with Jenny a nurse practitioner under him. It's my observation that Derek is in some sort of management there, there is a lot of money to be made, these controlled substances can be used to control people and feel power.
