The staff is rude and inconsiderate here. The wait times are truly outrageous. I had an appointment for 1:30, and waited for over two hours. I have to drive over two hours to get here being that I live in South Carolina. People who showed up here after me were being called before me. Of course the excuse is that we’re all here for different things, but this happens EVERY TIME I come here. This process has been hard enough without the fact that my whole day is wasted. I came to Life Line 13 years ago when I was a teenager pregnant with my daughter and it was the first and only place that treated me like a pregnant woman instead of a teen mom. But not only did they make me feel seen they taught me so much.
