Gravely disappointed with the manner in which I was treated when my 92 year old mother's transport was 2 hours late and asking for information. Only to wait another 2.5 hours for her to be transported from OSU hospital to her assisted living facility. No calls to notify hospital that they were running late. No apology to my mother who was exhausted from being ill and now being transported at 10:20 p.m. Arriving at her facility about midnight. Inexcusable.
Arrived 10 minutes early to Riverside. Nice trip to Friendship Village. Brian and the driver did great.
I wanted to drive, but had to go by ambulance….. all went well!
My 87 year old mother was at Riverside and the discharge planner arranged medical transport to take her home. We were told they would be there at 3 pm to pick her up. I left the hospital and went to her assisted living facility in Powell to be ready for her arrival. 5 hours later and 3 calls to the hospital and she is still there. No calls from Lifeline, nothing. The hospital called and they were told the new pick up would be 6 pm . . . This is complete BS.
