The paramedic did not say 1 word to me on the way down from Grady to Grant hospital. You really need to send them back to customer service 101 classes. I was made to feel like I was a burden to them in an already stressful situation for me. I will never recommend your transport service to anyone. Brenda Johns
Gravely disappointed with the manner in which I was treated when my 92 year old mother's transport was 2 hours late and asking for information. Only to wait another 2.5 hours for her to be transported from OSU hospital to her assisted living facility. No calls to notify hospital that they were running late. No apology to my mother who was exhausted from being ill and now being transported at 10:20 p.m. Arriving at her facility about midnight. Inexcusable.
Arrived 10 minutes early to Riverside. Nice trip to Friendship Village. Brian and the driver did great.
I wanted to drive, but had to go by ambulance….. all went well!
