I had my shelter installed around a year ago. It's a bit clunky but overall I LOVE it. My issue is with responsiveness. We need our shelter worked on and have been trying to reach the company for months and months now with no replies. We have sent so many emails, phone calls, left voicemails and heard nothing. I'm hoping they are still in business, but either way I would expect a courtesy call at this point. I'm worried I will now be out several thousand dollars with a shelter that will not work. P.S. We just had our Vortex Vault installed today. We of course haven’t needed to use the product yet and honestly hope we never do. That being said, it appears to be a very high quality product and we feel confident that it will serve the purpose well. This company should be very proud to be represented by the two young men that delivered and installed our storm shelter. They were extremely courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. Congratulations on excellent company representation.
