I would not bother using the gym facilities during the week in the evening's. Reception staff are aware that children (under 16's) are using the gym equipment upstairs and they are using the equipment wrong (which could cause injury) and the children are taking up equipment which should be available for paying members!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Charlotte the life guard, absolute angel, I got injured and she was very quick to help, patched me up thoroughly and kept me calm and laughing. She was so lovely. Thanks so much for your help and brilliant professionalism! The five stars are purely for her.

Went there for swimming with kids Suggesting to park in parking lot near sainsburys (multi storey) for 2 hours ( you have to get a physical ticket not an app) and then leisure centre will give you free parking for 2 hours as complimentary. If you go for swimming it's recommended to come with your own padlock as they charge £4 for padlocks. They have single changing rooms and family available. Two slides,splash area ,wc,showers. Seen signs of gym and cafe. Recommend to use this place

Awful - firstly you get changed then told by another customer you need to go upstairs and buy a padlock for £4 🤷‍♂️ no staff around - very overcrowded, worst changing areas I’ve ever come across - dirty place, wouldn’t go back
