This place has gone down hill last few months it has seems they have got rid of the only staff that cared about regular customers being satisfied with the facilities instead now they have inconsiderate teenagers with no regards for others the staff barely know how to do there job as one of them mad me sit and fill in a form to complete my membership then charged me 18 pound for nothing as my membership still wont get me in the gym and when you raise the issue to the staff they don’t care just want to get rid of you asap also... read more

One of the most poorly managed gyms I’ve ever attended. The upstairs weights area is frequently overrun by large groups of underage teens who clearly shouldn’t be there. I’ve witnessed them misusing equipment, throwing weights, chasing each other, shouting, swearing, and vaping indoors. At times, they’re even topless, throwing water at each other, overcrowding machines, and treating the space like a playground rather than a gym. As a paying member I turned up at the gym, expecting to use the equipment. Instead I found myself in a crèche. Looks of fighting; using equipment wrong etc. staff are aware, they don’t care.

I think it's going down hill fast due to bad management... Just been, swam 3 lengths got out & went home due to overcrowding... Half the pool is always closed off for aqua aerobics but it's barely even used... waste of good space ! for people who want to swim at a relaxed pace... health suite closed for 2 weeks now for repairs to be h

The pool itself is fairly well maintained and good for lane swimming but the place as a whole is a train wreck with terrible management and most employees being kids. Changing rooms are always wet and dirty, toilets disgusting plus nothing actually works. The health suite which used to be great but has been out of action for MONTHS and every time I ask no one has any idea when it’s going to open.
