Our Glamping Business has three tents from Life in Tents. Last weekend, we set up a tent at a customer's home just before a major rainstorm hit the city. It poured buckets for 3 hours straight, and they told us a small river came down the driveway right into where the tent was set up. When the clouds finally parted, the customer peeked their head in to find everything inside the tent completely dry. Bad design. Little to no instructions. The 20' is just to big and heavy to be practical. I regret ever purchasing.
Ive already left a review on my 20' bell rain fly but after the past two days I had to leave another. I just went through the outter bands of Hurricane Francine in my tent and this fly stood up to all of it. It kept us (me and 3 animals) dry and Im SO very thankful for that. You would need to significantly keep a watch on the weather with these. The window piece started to change colors over a few months even in a half shaded area and water/ condensation appeared. I really loved the tent very big seemed sturdy. They have some repair maintenance items but out of stock on what I need. Still paying for the largest tent and it’s basically trash now. Sucks! Wish if there was some damage that there was a way to get it repaired other than that. Money wasted
If I could give 6/5 stars I would. This company has been amazing! Incredible customer service and the best tent you could possibly need for all weather and seasons. I have really been testing out the strength and lifespan of these tents and they will last for a really long time. True to their word of amazing quality and I can’t say enough about the customer service.
