we have never been so disappointed 😔 it was such a monumental day for our family & the service (we paid thousands for) was extremely regrettable to say the very least Lesson learned, make sure you vet your paid help. Service agreed on was Kitchen help, “day of, event coordinator”, food & bev servers, setup & breakdown, venue cleanup, a backdrop (for dance floor), desert table including the treats & setup, photography & videos 🚩red flag #1- she insisted we paid in full weeks before service. Terrible, horrible photo quality and lack of professionalism! Please do not use her for anything! She is unreliable !
My full review is too long to post here, but the main points are as follows: VERY unprofessional- had to message multiple times in order to get a response on any point Poor quality- pictures that I received from her were so poor quality that other photographers suggested I ask for a refund Unreliable- was MIA day of wedding, not responding to phone calls or messages (agreed to 10am, did not show up until 12:45) If you would like to read the full review please visit her page on Facebook or on WeddingWire.
