If you are looking for an exceptional osteopath, I highly recommend Dale at Life in Motion. I am only four sessions into my treatment plan and I am already feeling a massive improvement. What sets Dale apart is his exceptional professional care—he truly listens to your concerns and tailors his approach accordingly. I really value his routine of checking in at the beginning of every single session to see how things are tracking. I am incredibly glad to have found this practice and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them
Absolutely amazing! Sharon, Dale and the team have fixed me up on numerous occasions and somehow always manage to do it without any pain. Highly recommend! Thank you!!
Quality professional service. After months of enduring discomfort and sleep deprivation due to misalignment, i finally experienced a restful sleep without waking up with back ache thanks to Sharon’s expert treatment and advice. Fantastic service and I am definitely a repeat client. Highly recommend! Thank you 🙏
Amazing team! Fixed what the physio failed for so long!
