Fantastic trainers. Warm class spirit. Challenging workouts. This place has turned it around for me.
This is the best gym and workout environment around. Everyone is friendly and are always encouraging. Krista and JP both push and encourage you to help you accomplish your fitness goals.
Aside from my very mobile job, my life was pretty sedentary. For the past year I have been recovering muscle and mobility after a herniated disc and vertebrae fusion surgery. JP and Krista have changed the way I work out. Before training with them I would workout for a month, injure myself, go to the chiropractor...and then repeat the process. I was referred to JP by a member of my family. I wanted to give it a shot because I was basically giving up on any kind of training. I started privates with JP and he worked on strengthening areas that he thought was causing my injuries. I immediately noticed the difference.
