I followed Katie from her former office to her new practice as a patient. I just cannot say enough great things about Life in Motion, its staff, and the owner (Katie). I’ve been seen by Katie and Leslie regarding health issues from time to time since they’ve opened and I feel not only heard, but have been made to feel they care (as I wholeheartedly believe they do). took my daughter, (teen) here and saw Katie. I was truly amazed at her ability to get my kid to open up and the genuine care she had for our situation. Thinking of moving my own PCP to this place as the atmosphere and staff are pretty awesome and caring.
While Katie has been GREAT, she has listened to me in every aspect I have needed, is working with making me feel human again. The office staff is not the friendlist, trying to get a return phone call is the absolute worst and most frusterating thing to do. I am out of my medicine and have made several attempts to call the office to try and get it resolved and just keep getting sent to the nurse who claims the voicemail is checked twice a day, but I never get called back and the front desk will not help.
