LIFE ID has the worst customer service. If I could I would give them zero stars. I lost my LifeID bracelet and sent multiple emails to there support email address to cancel my subscription and to unlock my account becauseI forgot the password. Or whoever found my bracelet could have messed with my account. This is the only way you can contact LifeID unless you use social media. I don't use social media. LifeID is the best and most confident emergency help I have found. When I first received my bracelet. I was having coffee and a first responder walked in the store. I asked him to test it for me and it worked beautifully! He himself was impressed. You will be too…just get one!
