Life Hub is Great place for strength training sessions. As a beginner of strength training , I felt very comfortable doing that here and the trainer are amazing and very encouraging. I’ve gained strength and confidence faster than I expected.I’ve noticed improved strength and energy in a short time. Highly recommend!
Went with a friend to trial and couldn’t recommend Life Hub more!! The team of trainers really care about you enjoying and getting the most out of your workouts - a team that truly knows what they are doing! Awesome vibes and community 🫶
Life Hub Gym Geelong is elite. I was only visiting for holidays, but if I lived here this would 100% be my gym. Incredible facilities, next level staff and communication, and such a welcoming community vibe even for non-regulars. Please bring one to Adelaide

I attended a class Saturday 6th of December (Jess). I was nervous as I was on a girls weekend away and was not familiar with this gym. From the start, the staff were amazing! Bree from life hub text me checking in the afternoon before and was there to say hello in person as I walked into the class Saturday morning.
