Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Great vibes, great people and even better programming. The sessions are super well structured, the coaches are top notch and the community is a huge vibe.
It's an amazing community and place to train. The way the workouts are programmed promotes progression in all aspects of fitness and allows people from beginners to advanced to grow and succeed. All the trainers and members are so welcoming and amazing to be around.

Supportive, genuine, friendly. And something I never thought I would say about a gym... maybe a little bit fun... So I've been around the sun more than most at Life Hub, tried other gyms and even personal training. I'm no expert and sure don't look like a gym junkie, so I am genuinely surprised at how much I am enjoying the workouts. Thanks to the team and all the other participants for putting up with me. Much more fun to be had in the future and plenty more weights to lift!
