LOVE & HATE: This gym has the most wonderful programming. This is strength training and not fluffy stuff for people who want to have a chat. Great trainers who get it, focus on training hard & even have a laugh along the way. Great studio fit-out and vibes. Bloody annoyed there is not more of them around so more people can experience what a real group fitness experience should be like!

I can’t recommend this gym highly enough. The atmosphere is welcoming, motivating, and genuinely supportive from the moment you walk in. The trainers are what really make this place special. Bree, Kate, Georgia and Chris bring incredible energy to every session and know exactly how to push you while still keeping it fun. I’ve been going to Life Hub for over a year now and it’s become one of the best parts of my week! Going from arvo to morning workouts have been great. I’ve stayed consistent as the vibes at life hub keep you coming back for more! The programming the people and the coaches all get around you, push you to take your workout to the next level and celebrate your progress!
