This facility is extremely unprofessional. The attitude of the front desk is vital in a mental health facility. People go to places like LifeHelp when they are in a time of need. To be made to feel like a nuisance when you walk in is unacceptable, harmful, and could be extremely detrimental to an individual with mental illness. Therapist Yolanda Guess was phenomenal and I will miss her care, but the environment before you reach her door could not be overlooked. I only give this place one star for the receptionist. She was sweet and kind and did her job the dr was terrible tho. I tried to tell her why I didnt want the meds and she told me if I would have given it 60 to 90 days it would have helped. She didn't ask about my symptoms she didnt try to figure out what was wrong with me or nothing she didnt take the I dont wanna always be doped up on pills as anything either she preciribed me the same meds and sent ne on. I have never felt so much like yesterdays trash.
