I was nervous going back to the gym as I have not been a member of a gym since Covid! I honestly thought I was getting my workouts ‘done’ at home and that was good enough. I am so happy to be working out in class with Dwayne, he gives excellent instruction, and includes a warm up and stretch before and after class. The classes are small in size so one feels they are getting a semi private session. I would highly recommend this gym. 💪🏼

I have been going to life health & fitness for about 5 years and it definitely my favorite gym to go to. The coaches are great and are always watching you to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. They are also there to answer any nutrition questions and to give great healthy recipes. If you are considering making a health or fitness change consider checking out life health &fitness you won’t be sorry . You have nothing to lose but everything to gain .

Have been loving coming and working out with Dwayne. He is knowledgeable and motivating. Helps to push you forward towards your goals! Would highly recommend this gym for people who are new to personal training or experienced gym goers. It will not disappoint.

I have been a member of Life Health & Fitness Center since February 2024. Since then, I have overcome chronic back and knee pains and can now complete sit-ups, jumping jacks, and push-ups without any discomfort. Although I haven't yet reached my weight goals, I understand that shedding what took 30 years to gain requires a mental battle that cannot be won in just a year or two. The fight continues. I also enjoy the time spent with the instructors and members.
