Nobu has a unique combination of osteopathic and Rolfing skills that have kept my body balanced and pain-free. Her touch communicates which direction the tissue should go to achieve balance, such that she doesn't have to be aggressive in her technique to achieve profound lasting change. Nobu is keeping me active and healthy well into my 60's and I am forever grateful for her skills, presence, and grace.
I am currently going through the ten series with Nobuko. I immediately felt changes after the first session. My whole body felt lighter. I am looking forward to more sessions with her and would recommend her for rolfing.
I had a bad injury and in so much pain and just a few sessions with Nobu got me back on track, out of pain and into pre-injury mode. I tried chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, craniosacral therapy and more, and Rolfing with Nobu made the biggest difference.
My sessions with Nobu have been amazing. I feel so much more at ease and at home in my body.
