This place is handled very unprofessional. I highly recommend looking for a different place to get your medical supplies.
One star because there isn't a negative star. Very disappointed with whole experience. Looking through insurance company for return policy so they don't have to pay for this massive hunk of usless metal. Not the light weight travel model for shopping that was requested. To big and heavy to use on house or travel. Went first two months with out hearing a word from company that they were having paper work issue. Then after that went through they called.
