Horrible if I could give a zero I would as well the female super short tattoos both arms didn’t get her name is very rude show very little Interest in her job like it bothered her to come. DONT USE THEM if there is a slight chance that your insurance won’t cover the trip. I’m currently disputing over $7500 in charges because their EMT’s got my mom in the box and deemed her not medically necessary for the trip without communicating this to the hospital or us. This is just absurd to me!! I will push my mom to her destination before we use them again. Don’t even get me started on how they picked her up while she’s having a seizure and instead of taking her to the hospital that is quite literally across the street... read more

Service and staff locally were a 5/5 but their billing office is not even a 1/5 and are out of the Phillipines and cannot understand English hardly or basic billing. Have tried to get a corporate number and unable to get anyone that can help.
