The staff at Life Force were helpful, kind, and fun. The beginners bungee class exceeded our expectations! We felt comfortable, safe and got a great workout in. 10 out of 10 recommendation! Hannah was a great instructor! If you’re in the area and looking for a unique experience that anyone can do I highly recommend you try this out.
There is so much to offer here—Pilates Reformer, Barre, Bungee Burn, Yoga, Massage Therapy! The classes are engaging and fun, as well as safe for all levels of fitness and ability. I love the expertise, energy and community there!

I have been a member of Life Force Fitness for years. I joined in hopes of improving a lack of movement due to chronic arthritis. I was constantly in pain. I discussed the idea with my doctor and she felt it might help. Alas, my son gave me the training package as a Christmas present.
