I cannot say enough great things about Life Fitness in Owings Mills. Their wonderful staff led by Audra Stern is simply the best. They are caring, compassionate, professional and friendly. Most of all, the two therapists that have been treating me (Audra and Sara) have made a real difference in helping me to feel better (virtually pain-free) through rehabilitation of my knee after surgery. I would not hesitate to return to Life Fitness in the future should the need arise. Two thumbs up!!!
Can't say enough good things about the facility - not enough room. But the staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable and accommodating and, friendly.!!! Recommend to anyone.
The last physical therapist I tried had only one therapist and one assistant and overbooked to the point where I sat doing nothing for long periods of time until she got around to me. Life fitness in Owings Mills is fabulous! I actually enjoy my time there. Everyone is warm and friendly and you wind up laughing and kidding around with the therapists and the other patients while getting plenty of attention to your process.
I enjoy coming for therapy and just overwhelming friendly
After PT for my back and knees, I can now do things I couldn't do before: Go up tall stairs, one leg at a time; sleep on both sides at night, stand while cooking for a longer time, go to grocery mega-store for 1.5 hours without having to take a break and sit down, stand taller, rise from a chair without leaning on something, and sit on a chair without falling into it.
