Worst customer service and parts ordering experience ever
Awful customer service. I paid upfront a significant amount for gym equipment and was told the installer would receive it three weeks ago, then contact me to schedule the installation. No one has replied since, and they won’t provide any updated ETA.
I have been trying to speak to someone about purchasing a treadmill. I have left numerous voice mails with several individuals at lifefitness for over 2 weeks with no return phone call. This is no way to handle your customers. Im thankful that I was able to find out how they operate their business before spending thousands of dollars on Equipment. Good luck hope you guys figure it out.
Zero ability to operate a business. Their junk machines don't work and they take months to issue refund checks. They are a dirty business. Be forewarned. Do not buy from LF. Matrix is going to put these guys out of business.
