I have never attended a gym with so much support and so much guidance. This gym goes beyond just losing the pounds. They meet you exactly where you are and help you find the strength and confidence in yourself to reach your goals. The workouts are created with purpose and if you struggle to do it the way it’s planned, modifications without judgment are provided. I’ve been going to LFG North since January 1st, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness journey. I stepped away from commercial gyms to try something different that would help keep me consistent and not get bored, and Life Fit has been exactly that. I love that I don’t have to plan my own workouts. I just show up, and the coaches come up with great, structured, fun and challenging workout plans.
