Life First Group is an officially licensed American Red Cross training facility. We are dedicated to achieving healthy lifestyles. We do this with personal training, nutrition plans, self defense by way of Krav Maga & First Aid/CPR/AED training. We have 2,200 sq. ft. of indoor gym, 2,000 sq. ft. of outdoor gym, all the latest equipment, over 12,000 lbs of free weights & a seperate Krav Maga dojo. All the gym instructors are very nice and motivating. But Cesar is this best one he doesn’t give up on nobody has a great attitude and makes me keep going everyday until I reach my goal I’m truly grateful to have him as my trainer
I love this gym! The workouts are intense and I have gained so much lean muscle, gotten stronger, and built my confidence. Coach Cesar is extremely professional, holds me accountable and makes sure I do not get injured. If you are trying to get in shape make sure you visit Life First!
