I absolutely LOVE life first gym! I like that everyone is so encouraging/welcoming. From the first day I stepped in the gym I felt the love and community. I joined because it was faith based. It was actually an answered prayer that I found it. The trainers actually care about YOU and are very knowledgeable. Joining this gym honestly was the best decision I’ve made I won’t be going to any other gym! This is home!
Love this gym! I started off with a two week trial and fell in love! It’s filled with so much positivity, the trainers and every member I have met are just wonderful! I love that it’s faith based and feels like family. Thank you so much Joey!
I Love That The Gym Is More Intimate With Workouts and Not So Commercialized Like Most Gyms and The Program Comes With A Dietician To Make Sure Your Eating Healthy So You Can Stay On Track ♀️ Thank You Joey & To Your Awesome Trainers Btw Because Of You and Your Team I Lost 13 lbs and ALL My Pants Even My Lounge Pants Are TOO BIG ! Im Now In A 9-10 Size Coming From A Size 12 ♀️
I've been working out here for about two years and I love the community, training, and facilities. It's great for beginners and people of all ages and fitness levels. It's also a lovely spiritual community. There is a real kindness and sense of mutual encouragement that helps me continue and be consistent.
Life First Group was such a welcoming place. I joined the morning class with Kyla and got an awesome workout done. Denise, another instructor was kind and motivating as well with top tier energy. Overall, all the staff was very helpful and truly made helping others reach fitness goals their purpose.
