This course facilitated by Maggie was extremely helpful in providing information into the different types of Mental Health conditions, strategies for assisting and assessing those affected, and giving guidance on when/ where to access professional help and more resources. Highly recommend this course.
Maggie was great, the information that was given was direct , I have been attending courses every 3 years for the past 20 years, Maggie actually taught me some new things and kept it interesting.
Thorough training and such a wonderful and knowledgeable trainer. Maggie has a lot of experience first hand and I would recommend her!. Her in depth explanations and real life situations that she explained, helped me understand how important first aid and CPR training are, even if you are not planning to pursue a career that doesn’t necessarily require these skills.

Hands down, Maggie was the best first pick to have as my instructor. She demonstrated a great amount of knowledge and experience about the course till the end. Not only does she show professionalism in what she does but carries a lot of engaging conversations with everyone which made First Aid & CPR very comfortable and easy to learn.
