Today I stopped by the smoothie/juice bar and was blown away by one of the employees. She’s from Peru, and I watched her make three shakes at once, take an order, and run the register — all while smiling the entire time. The level of multitasking and professionalism she showed was seriously impressive. I came back later to grab a water and a few other things, and she was still working just as hard and just as pleasant as before. That kind of consistency and attitude is rare to find.
