Very rude and unprofessional EMS service. The staff showed no empathy or urgency and handled the situation poorly. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. In an emergency, professionalism and care matter most, and this service failed in every way. I would strongly advise others to stay away from them—even during an accident.
Oct 1 2 emts were told I had shortness of breath, they said my numbers were good and let me wait in hospital waiting room, no gloves while putting IV in, Er desk person said I was fine and I waited 2 hours, I had 2 huge blood clots both lungs had such, was near death so thanks Emts you don't know what the hell your doing
