The worst bike shop i have ever visited. Staff has absolutely no idea what their doing. Don't let these amateurs work on your 10k bikes. You will end up spending much more fixing their mistakes. They have no common sense. I went into get my brake pads changed and they ended up sanding them and telling me they fixed them. They tried sending me off to a bike without functioning brakes.
Outstanding service and value! Harvey and the team run a tight ship and go above and beyond personalized customer service. Took it in to get a flat fixed. Tire wasn’t put back on properly, was rubbing against frame. Not a deal but when you pay $29.40 to get a flat fixed, you expect the tire to be put back on properly. They taped my invoice to the frame of my bike, when I removed invoice the paint came off with the tape. When I asked them why they put tape on my frame, I got “Sorry dude, we can’t fix that.” There’s lots of bike shops in Abbotsford, you can definitely do better than this place.
Bought a specialized status from the staff at LifeCycles yesterday and was blown away with the amount of knowledge and care taken by the staff, especially Spencer, I felt informed and understood for my whole shop experience and would recommend them to anyone and everyone ! Thanks Lifecycles! 🤩
